Principal’s Message

Jinnah Dental College and Medicare Dental Hospital were established in 1999 in the heart of Karachi and are managed by a team of highly qualified and competent faculty.  Medicare Dental Hospital is fully equipped which allows us to provide quality education to our students and the best dental care to our patients.

The Dental College is always striving to improve the quality of our education through various continuing medical education programs.  Even in the difficult times of COVID, with the support of our IT Department, we used innovative methods of teaching and assessment to provide an online interface for dental education.  We are focused on providing our students with the best mentorship possible to produce capable and efficient dental care professionals.

A steady patient flow allows our students access to hands on practice in real life situations as well as opportunities to demonstrate proper patient handling and chair-side manner.  We help our students in their formative and crucial years so they become healthy, functioning members of society who can cater to the needs of the population.

I am filled with pride when I see our graduates excel as experts in the field by providing quality dental care to the community.

Prof. Dr. Junaid Lakhani
